From extensive to fine: the key leap of palm shell pretreatment. The pretreatment of palm shell raw materials is not a simple processing, but the core link to maximize the carbonization value. Three major processes need to be systematically optimized:
1. Intelligent upgrade of sorting and impurity removal: Traditional manual sorting has low efficiency and high error rate. The near-infrared spectroscopy recognition technology can quickly detect the organic matter content, and the airflow sorting device can automatically separate light impurities, which can increase the raw material utilization rate to more than 95%.
2. Energy consumption control of crushing process: By comparing the applicable scenarios of shearing and hammer crushers, select equipment solutions with energy consumption less than 1.5kW·h/ton. For palm shells with high fiber content, a "coarse crushing + fine grinding" two-stage crushing system is recommended to balance particle size uniformity and processing cost.
3. Energy cycle in the drying process: Innovative use of carbonization tail gas waste heat drying technology, the flue gas above 300℃ is converted into a drying heat source through a heat exchanger, which saves more than 60% energy compared with electric heating. The humidity sensor is used to control the drying intensity in real time to avoid the loss of raw materials due to excessive dehydration.
The scientific design of the pretreatment system can increase the carbonization value of each unit of raw materials by 30%-50%, while laying the foundation for the stability of subsequent processes. It is the core link in building an efficient carbonization production chain.
