 The core economic value of carbonization machines lies in transforming the "cost black hole" in the traditional industrial chain into a "source of profit". What is more noteworthy is the optimization of system performance and efficiency: the combustible gas generated during the carbonization process can be fed back to the combustion system after purification, reducing external energy dependence by more than 30%; the waste heat can also be used to heat the surrounding production links through the heat exchange device, forming an energy utilization closed loop. For companies with an annual processing capacity of 10,000 tons, energy recovery alone can save more than one million yuan in operating costs each year. This "waste treatment-high value conversion-energy self-sufficiency" cycle model is reshaping the profit logic of the environmental protection industry.
