Dingli smokeless activation furnace is a continuous activation equipment that produces high-quality activated carbon through physical activation of carbon raw materials. It is widely used for activating charcoal (such as bamboo, fruit shells, hardwood etc.) and coal-based activated carbon. The furnace uses steam as the activation medium, and in a high-temperature environment, the steam can fully contact the carbon raw materials to be activated. The activated carbon produced by this furnace has excellent performance and can be widely used in industries such as water purification.
Coal-based activated carbon is one of the main sources of activated carbon, but not all coal is suitable for its production. The quality requirements for coal are very strict, with the key being its ability to form a well-developed pore structure while ensuring the mechanical strength and usability of the final product.
The following are the main coal quality requirements for activated carbon production, listed in order of importance:
1. Core Key Indicator: Fixed Carbon Content
· Requirement: High fixed carbon content (typically > 60%, high-quality raw materials require > 70%)
2. Key Limiting Indicator: Ash Content
· Requirement: Low ash content (typically < 10%, high-quality products require < 6-8%)
3. Important Processing Indicator: Volatile Matter
· Requirement: Moderate volatile matter content (ideally between 20%-35%)

1. The material is dynamically pyrolyzed, heated evenly, and there is no phenomenon of entrainment. The product has excellent indicators such as high carbon content, low ash content, and low volatile content.
2. The pyrolysis temperature is much lower than that of traditional earthen kilns. The special heat conduction and heat carrier internal circulation system minimizes the energy consumption of the carbonization machine, which is about 15% of its own energy. The vast majority of energy is preserved in the form of carbon, gas, and oil.
3. The indirect heating method is used to transfer heat, so that the temperature of the exhaust gas in the interlayer of the furnace is about 300 °C, which can be used for raw material drying or heat exchanger for reuse and recycling.
4. The amount of tail gas emitted by the carbonization process is greatly reduced compared to the amount emitted by the incineration method, only 1/10. There are huge advantages in terms of environmental protection.
