 The newly commissioned EFB Pellet Carbonization Project in Malaysia has achieved a stable output of 2 tons per hour. The project focuses on the deep processing of EFB pellets, turning palm residues into premium biomass charcoal products.

The continuous carbonization line features integrated structure, high thermal efficiency, and smooth material handling. It ensures uniform carbonization and reduces production downtime, making it suitable for long-term industrial operation.

 

After carbonization, the produced charcoal has higher calorific value and lower moisture content, expanding its application in barbecue fuel, activated carbon processing, and agricultural soil conditioning. This significantly improves the utilization efficiency of EFB resources.

 

This project not only helps customers realize economic benefits, but also contributes to the sustainable development of the palm industry in Malaysia.
