Coconut shells are widely generated as a by-product of coconut processing, especially in tropical regions. With the increasing demand for renewable charcoal and biomass carbon products, efficiently utilizing coconut shell waste has become an important opportunity for biomass processing companies. Our Coconut Shell Carbonization Equipment is specially designed to convert coconut shells into high-quality carbonized material through controlled heating under limited-oxygen conditions. The system controls the carbonization temperature and residence time to achieve stable and efficient processing. Combustible gas generated during carbonization can also be recycled as a heat source, improving energy utilization.

The equipment can be designed as a continuous coconut shell carbonization production line, including feeding, drying, carbonization, cooling and charcoal discharge. The finished coconut shell charcoal can be further processed into BBQ charcoal, hookah charcoal, biomass fuel, biochar and activated carbon raw material, depending on the customer's requirements.
