Rice husk is an abundant agricultural by-product generated during rice processing. Instead of being discarded or burned directly, it can be converted into valuable biochar through controlled carbonization. Our rice husk biomass carbonization equipment is designed to provide an efficient solution for processing rice husk and other similar agricultural residues.

The carbonization system uses controlled heating conditions to thermally decompose biomass in a low-oxygen environment, producing carbon-rich biochar while recovering combustible gases generated during the process. The recovered gas can be reused as a heat source, helping improve overall energy utilization during continuous operation.

The produced rice husk biochar can be further processed according to different application requirements. It can be used as a soil amendment, biochar-based fertilizer carrier, industrial fuel, or raw material for charcoal products. The equipment can also be combined with crushing, drying, feeding, and cooling systems to form a complete biomass biochar production line.

With a continuous processing design and adaptable configuration, the equipment is suitable for rice mills, agricultural waste processing projects, biomass utilization facilities, and biochar production plants. By converting rice husk waste into a useful carbon-rich product, the system provides a practical approach to agricultural residue utilization and value-added biomass processing.
