Recently, we successfully conducted a trial run on our customer-supplied coconut shell biochar production line. This trial run aimed to evaluate equipment performance and carbonization efficiency using actual coconut shell material provided by the customer.

Prior to the trial run, we pre-treated the raw materials to meet the requirements of the feeding and processing technology. Subsequently, the coconut shells were fed into the production line for drying and controlled carbonization. During the test, the equipment operated smoothly, and the customer was able to observe the entire processing flow from raw material preparation to finished biochar production.

This trial run also verified key process parameters, including material feeding, drying performance, carbonization temperature, and finished product quality. The combustible gas generated during production can be recycled within the system as a heat source, thereby improving overall energy efficiency.

The produced coconut shell biochar can be further used for soil improvement, carbon sequestration, biomass fertilizer production, or other high-value-added applications.

This successful material trial run not only gave the customer a clearer understanding of the production process and equipment performance, but also helped ensure that the final delivered biochar production line was highly compatible with the customer's raw material characteristics and processing needs.
