Recently, a customer material trial run was successfully completed on our wood chips biochar production line. The trial used the customer's actual wood chip material to evaluate the equipment performance and verify the carbonization process before final production.
During the test, the wood chips were first prepared and dried to achieve suitable moisture conditions for carbonization. The prepared material was then fed into the carbonization system for controlled thermal treatment. The equipment operated smoothly throughout the trial, allowing the customer to observe the complete process from raw material feeding and drying to carbonization and finished biochar discharge.
The trial also helped verify important operating parameters, including feeding stability, drying efficiency, carbonization temperature, and the quality of the finished biochar. The combustible gas generated during carbonization can be recycled as a heat source, helping improve energy utilization and reduce additional fuel consumption.
The resulting wood chip biochar can be used for soil improvement, carbon sequestration, biomass carbon fertilizer, and other value-added applications.
The successful trial run provided valuable operating data and demonstrated that the production line can effectively process the customer's wood chip material for stable and efficient biochar production.
